摘　　要：本文通过梳理总结数智赋能公共文化服务的概念和特征,在分析乡村公共文化服务数智化转型中存在问题的基础上,搭建数智赋能乡村公共文化服务的逻辑框架,并剖析其作用机理。同时,本研究提出以数字乡村红利夯实数智赋能乡村公共文化服务高质量发展、以农民数字素养框架提升农民数字素养与技能、以数智化公共文化服务平台提高乡村公共文化服务精准治理水平的突破路径。This article summarizes the concept and characteristics of intelligent empowerment of public cultural services,analyzes the problems in the intelligent transformation of rural public cultural services,builds a logical framework for intelligent empowerment of rural public cultural services,and analyzes its mechanism of action.At the same time,this study proposes a breakthrough path for intelligent empowerment of rural public cultural services,focusing on solidifying the high-quality development of intelligent empowerment of rural public cultural services through the digital rural dividend,improving farmers'digital literacy and skills through the framework of farmers'digital literacy,and enhancing the precise governance level of rural public cultural services through the intelligent public cultural service platform.
