摘  要:线上线下混合式教学是实现教育教学质量提升和可持续发展的重要途径,其模式凸显了传统教学与网络教学有机融合的优势。通过问卷调查,探索线上线下混合式教学在成人高等教育中的应用效果,结果显示成人高等教育学生对于线上线下混合式教学接受度较高,线上线下混合式教学是解决成人高等教育工学矛盾的主要途径,但同时也存在学生学习主动性差、教师使用资源不熟练、教学评价不完善、教学流于形式等问题。因此,需要进一步对成人高等教育教学内容进行统筹规划,进一步完善教学资源,加强师资培训与管理,创建个性化、智能化的支持服务体系。Online and offline blended teaching is an important way to improve the quality and sustainable development of education and teaching,and its mode highlights the advantages of organic integration of traditional teaching and online teaching.By questionnaire survey,this study explores the application effect of online and offline blended teaching in adult higher education,and the results show:Adult higher education students have a high acceptance of online and offline blended teaching,which is the main way to solve the contradiction between engineering and technology in adult higher education.However,there are also problems such as poor learning initiative of students,unskilled use of resources by teachers,imperfect teaching evaluation,and formalistic teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to further plan the teaching content of adult higher education,improve teaching resources,strengthen teacher training and management,and create a personalized and intelligent support service system.
