新质生产力视角下“四育一体”创新教学模式研究

摘　　要：通过探讨新质生产力视角下的传感网应用开发课程教学改革,提出了“育思、育技、育新、育匠”一体的创新教学模式。该模式融合“岗、课、赛、证”多维标准对课程教学内容进行模块化重构,构建善思创新的“育思、育新”课堂,打造精技匠心的“育技、育匠”课堂。采用面向项目的任务驱动教学策略,贯通“校内、企业、考评”三方导师资源与力量,将核心能力培养融入“明—定—强—评—拓”教学方法,并通过线上线下融通资源。该创新教学模式有望提升学生综合素养和创新能力,培养高质量的新质生产力人才。This paper discusses the teaching reform of sensor network application development course from the perspective of new quality productivity,and puts forward the innovative teaching mode integrating cultivation of“thinking ability,skills,innovation ability and craftsman spirit”.This model combines the multi-dimensional standard of“post,class,competition and certificate”to carry out modular reconstruction of course teaching content and construct classroom with critical thinking and innovation,skills and craftsman spirit”.It adopts projectoriented task driven teaching strategy,integrates the resources and strength of tutors from“campus,enterprise and evaluation”,integrates core competence training into the teaching method,and integrates online and offline resources.This innovative teaching model is expected to improve students’comprehensive literacy and innovative ability,and cultivate high-quality new quality productivity talents.
