摘 要:老年教育的发展对老年学习团队建设工作赋予了新内涵,提出了新任务。老年学习团队作为一种老年学习的重要形式,其体制机制建设的必要性被强调。尤其在《上海市老年教育发展“十四五”规划》背景下,各级老年学校单纯依靠学校开展学习团队体制机制建设工作已经不能完全适应新形势的需要。对老年学习团队的研究背景与目的、相关概念进行了阐释,并从上海市老年学习团队体制机制建设的发展脉络中梳理和归纳老年学习团队体制机制的建设现状,分析了其目前存在的问题,提出加强老年学习团队体制机制建设的对策。The development of education for the elderly has given new connotations and proposed new tasks for the construction of elderly learning teams.The necessity of establishing institutional mechanisms for senior learning teams,as an important form of elderly learning,has been emphasized.Especially in the context of the“14th Five-year Plan”for elderly education in Shanghai,relying solely on the school itself to carry out the construction of learning team system and mechanism can no longer fully meet the needs of the new situation.The article elaborates on the new connotation and value of this work,sorts out and summarizes the development of the institutional mechanism construction of elderly learning teams in Shanghai,analyzes the current problems,and finally proposes countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the institutional mechanism construction of elderly learning teams.
