摘 要:市场营销学作为经营管理学科,应用性非常强。为了更好地适应社会环境,各大院校都不同程度地针对教育教学实施了相应改革,同时转变了教学理念。首先阐述了显性知识与隐性知识的概念与关系,随后基于“市场营销学”课程传统教学现状,着重研究“市场营销学”课堂教学过程中隐性知识显性化模式的应用措施。将隐性知识显性化的“市场营销学”课堂教学模式,不仅能直观呈现知识点,而且让学生更容易理解并提高知识应用能力,使市场营销学从培养专业人才转为培养复合型人才。As a discipline of business management,marketing has strong applicability.In order to better adapt to the social environment,various universities have implemented corresponding reforms in education and teaching to varying degrees,transforming their teaching concepts.This paper Mainly manifested the concept and relationship of explicit and implicit knowledge and then studied the measures of explicitization of implicit knowledge in classs teaching based on the situation of traditional teaching of Marketing.The explicitization of implicit knowledge not only allows knowledge to be presented intuitively,but also makes it easier for students to understand and improve their ability to apply Knowledge which has shifted Marketing from cultivating professional talents to cultivating compound talents.
