摘 要:为实现汽车EPS扭矩信号测量,设计了一种柱式电磁EPS扭矩传感器。该传感器基于涡流效应原理,采用外定子内转子结构,通过测量转角得到扭矩信息。为研究接收线圈感应电压与结构参数的关系,对传感器进行互感耦合分析,并利用磁路分析法及COMSOL仿真计算感应电压。为提高感应电压幅值,以励磁线圈品质因数及电感为优化目标进行理论计算,并针对其结构尺寸设计复合因素仿真试验。通过仿真优化转子与平面励磁线圈耦合间隙,进一步提升感应电压幅值。In order to achieve measurement of automotive EPS torque signal,a cylindrical electromagnetic EPS torque sensor was designed.This sensor was based on the principle of eddy current effect,using an outer stator and inner rotor structure,and obtaining torque information by measuring the rotation angle.To explore the relationship between the induced voltage of the receiving coil and structural parameters,a mutual inductance coupling analysis was conducted on the sensor,and the induced voltage was calculated using magnetic circuit analysis method and COMSOL simulation.To improve the amplitude of induced voltage,theoretical calculations were carried out with the optimization objectives of excitation coil quality factor and inductance value,and composite factor simulation experiments were designed based on its structural dimensions.By optimizing the coupling gap between the rotor and the planar excitation coil through simulation,the amplitude of the induced voltage was further increased.
