摘  要:工业环境中采集的仪表图像存在倾斜的可能性,针对倾斜的圆形仪表图像,提出了一种修正指针偏移的二次校正方法。通过积分投影提取指针平面中心点,使用LSD算法和向心条件的约束检测仪表刻度线,利用刻度线位置信息拟合椭圆提取表盘平面中心点并进行透视变换。利用指针和表盘两平面的中心点进行二次修正并根据角度法计算读数。实验结果表明:该算法成功检测了指针轴心和表盘中心,减轻了因拍摄倾斜而导致指针指向错误刻度线的问题,角度平均误差降低。For the acquired images of meters in real industrial environments,there is a possibility of skewness.A secondary correction method for correcting pointer deviation was proposed for skewed circular meter images.Through extracting the center point of the pointer plane using integral projection,scale lines were detected using LSD algorithm and radial constraint detection,fitting an ellipse using scale line position information to extract the center point of the dial plane,and performing perspective transformation.Finally,a secondary correction was performed using the pointer and dial center points,and the reading was calculated using an angular method.The experimental results show that the algorithm successfully detects the center of the pointer axis and the center of the dial,alleviating the problem of incorrect pointer alignment with scale lines due to the tilt of the shot,reducing the average angular error.
