摘  要:为了提供可靠、精确的电流和电压输出,缩短测试时间。文中计了一种由主控芯片STM32F103、D/A转换模块、输出电压反馈模块、输出电流反馈模块、钳位保护模块、AD采集模块等组成的高精度数字源表系统。通过数模转换器AD5686设定电压与电流,采用闭环反馈控制将设定的电压电流与反馈模块的电压电流进行比较,实现电压电流的高精度输出并通过模数转换芯片AD7175实现对电压电流的测量。测试结果表明:其输出电流范围为-100~+100 mA,分为10μA~100 mA,5档量程,每档量程的电流分辨率为0.01%,误差在0.01%~0.1%之间;电压范围-5~+5 V,电压分辨率为0.01%,误差小于0.1%。To provide reliable and accurate current and voltage outputs,shorten test time,this paper designed a high precision digital source meter system which consists of main control chip STM32F103,D/A conversion module,output voltage feedback module,output current feedback module,clamp protection module and AD acquisition module.The voltage and current values were set by AD5686,and the voltage and current values are compared with the voltage and current values of feedback module by closed-loop feedback control.The high precision output of voltage and current was realized by AD7175 chip to realize the measurement of the voltage and current.The actual test results show that the output current range is-100~+100 mA,divided from 10μA to 100 mA,5 ranges,the current resolution of each range is 0.01%,and the error is between 0.01%and 0.1%.The voltage range is from-5 V to+5 V,the voltage resolution is 0.01%,and the error is less than 0.1%.
