摘  要:为了实现对煤矿顶板支护设备进行高精度、远距离、低功耗稳定监测,设计了一种基于LoRa技术的煤矿顶板监测系统,系统主要由井下分站、井下主站和井上上位机组成。井下分站根据外接的锚杆测力传感器设计了信号调理电路、ADC采集电路,采用LoRa无线传输技术将数据上传到井下主站。主站将各个分站的数据进行汇集并暂存入Flash,通过RS485有线传输的方式将数据上传到井上上位机。建立了数据库并设计了上位机用户界面,可以处理、存储及显示采集的数据。测试结果表明:该系统电压采集精度高、无线传输丢包率低,可以稳定地监测煤矿顶板状态。In order to realize the high precision,long distance and low power consumption stable monitoring of coal mine roof support equipment,a coal mine roof monitoring system based on LoRa technology was designed.The system was mainly composed of three parts,underground sub-station,underground main station and well upper computer.The signal conditioning circuit and ADC acquisition circuit were designed according to the external anchor stress sensor,and the data was uploaded to the main station by LoRa wireless transmission technology.The master station collected the data of each sub-station and the data was stored temporarily in Flash,and then the data was uploaded to the upper computer on the well by means of RS485 wired transmission.The host computer established the database and designed the user interface,which can process,store and display the collected data.The test results show that the system has high voltage acquisition accuracy,low packet loss rate of wireless transmission,and can stably monitor the status of coal mine roof.
