摘  要:针对电子束焊接过程中焊接参数实时监测和存储困难问题,设计了一种基于PCI1710和Qt的电子束焊机数据采集系统。系统包括硬件和软件2部分:硬件部分采用PCI1710数据采集卡以差分通道连接方式采集焊接过程中的模拟信号,经过A/D转换器转换为数字信号传至计算机;软件部分采用Qt框架在Windows环境下开发可视化UI采集软件。通过测试,该系统能够实时稳定采集多路数据显示波形,并且通过数据处理算法使数据波形趋于平滑,方便后续分析。Aiming at the difficulty of real-time monitoring and storage of welding parameters in electron beam welding,a data acquisition system of electron beam welding machine based on PCI1710 and Qt was designed and implemented.The system design includes two parts,hardware and software.In the hardware part,PCI1710 data acquisition card was used to collect the analog signal in the welding process by differential channel connection,and then the analog signal was converted into digital signal through A/D converter in the card.In the software part,Qt framework was used to develop visual GUI capture software in Windows environment.Through the test,the system can stably collect the multi-channel data display waveform in real time,and the data waveform tends to be smooth through the data processing algorithm for subsequent analysis.
