摘　　要：发育性协调障碍可导致精细运动、大运动和平衡能力的障碍,造成学习成绩下降和/或日常活动能力受损,早期干预和康复治疗可有效改善发育性协调障碍患儿的不良预后。但我国对该病的认识不足,对于国际上常用的干预方法更是缺乏实践经验。因此,指南制订工作组参考《世界卫生组织指南制订手册》,注册并撰写《儿童发育性协调障碍的早期干预和康复指南》,本计划书主要介绍该指南制订的背景、意义、目的、人员组成、目标人群、干预措施、临床问题收集与确定、证据的获取及评价等指南制订过程和具体方法,旨在为科学和循证制订本指南提供纲领性及指导性的实施方案。Developmental coordination disorder can lead to impairments in fine motor,gross motor,and balance abilities,resulting in decreased academic performance and/or impaired daily activity abilities.Early intervention and rehabilitation can effectively improve the poor prognosis of children with developmental coordination disorders.However,our country has insufficient understanding of this disease and lacks practical experience in commonly used intervention methods internationally.Therefore,the guideline development working group referred to the World Health Organization Guideline Development Manual,registered and wrote the"Guideline for early intervention and rehabilitation of developmental coordination disorder in children".This proposal mainly introduces the background,significance,purpose,personnel composition,target population,intervention measures,and collection and determination of clinical issues,as well as the process and specific methods of obtaining and evaluating evidence.The aim is to provide a systematic and guiding implementation plan for the scientific and evidence-based development of this guideline.
