摘 要:利用常规观测、雷达和ERA5再分析数据等对2023年海南岛博鳌论坛气象保障期间的强降水成因进行了分析.结果表明:水汽通量辐合主要集中在近地层,近地层的偏东风与海南岛东部的地形近乎垂直,有利地形抬升触发对流,同时地形产生的气流绕流有利对流的发展;对流不稳定层结和环境风垂直切变影响着对流系统的发展、维持、移动和传播有重要作用;对比相似环流背景下29日同28日和30日早晨降水的差异,发现29日大气抬升凝结高度(LCL,121.4 m)和自由对流高度(LFC,636.6 m)更低,暖云厚度更大,近地层风向接近偏东风更有利于东部的降水.In the report,the conventional observation,radar,and ERA5 reanalysis data were used to analyze the causes of the heavy precipitation during the meteorological safeguard period of 2023 Boao Forum in Hainan Island.The results indicated that the convergence of the water vapor flux is mainly concentrated in the near sur-face layer.The easterly wind in the near surface layer is almost perpendicular to the terrain in the eastern part of Hainan Island,and the favorable terrain uplift triggers convection.The cyclonic flow generated by the terrain is conducive to the development of convection.The unstable convective stratification and vertical shear of environ-mental wind affect the development,the maintenance,the movement,and the propagation of the convective sys-tem.Comparing the difference of the precipitation in the morning of the 29h,the 28",and the 30"under the sim-ilar circulation background,the atmospheric uplift condensation height(LCL,121.4m)and the level of free con-vection(LFC,636.6 m)on the 29"h are lower,the thickness of warm clouds is larger,and the wind direction near the ground is close to the easterly wind,which is more conducive to the precipitation in the eastern.
