母婴专科护理培训需求问卷的编制及信效度检验

摘　　要：编制母婴专科护理培训需求问卷,并进行信效度检验。通过文献综述、专家小组讨论、3轮专家函询和预调查,形成母婴专科护理培训需求问卷初稿。2023年8月至9月,采用便利抽样法对河南省从事母婴护理的842名临床护士进行调查,检验问卷的信效度。母婴专科护理培训需求问卷包含母婴专科护理知识、孕产妇专科护理技能、新生儿专科护理技能、母婴专科护理强化能力4个维度,共41个条目,累计方差贡献率为67.554%;条目水平的内容效度指数I-CVI为0.890~1.000,问卷水平的内容效度指数S-CIV为0.996。验证性因子分析结果显示,问卷结构模型的拟合指数良好:χ^(2)=2064.441,χ^(2)/df=1.273(P<0.001),GFI=0.822,A GFI=0.801,IFI=0.932,TLI=0.927,CFI=0.932,RMSEA=0.060。问卷总的Cronbach′s α系数为0.988,重测信度为0.778。母婴专科护理培训需求问卷信效度良好,适用于评估临床护理人员母婴专科护理培训需求。The development of a Maternal and Infant Nursing Care Training Needs Questionnaire and its reliability and validity testing involved a process that included a literature review,expert panel discussions,three rounds of expert consultations,and a pre-survey.These steps were used to create the initial draft of the questionnaire for assessing the training needs in maternal and infant nursing care.From August to September in 2023,a convenience sampling method was used to conduct a survey among 842 clinical nurses engaged in maternal and infant care in Henan Province to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.The questionnaire on the training needs for maternal and infant specialist nursing contains four dimensions,namely,maternal and infant specialist nursing knowledge,specialist nursing skills for pregnant and lying-in women,specialist nursing skills for newborns,and enhanced abilities in maternal and infant specialist nursing,with a total of 41 items.The cumulative variance contribution rate was 67.554%.The item-level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.890 to 1.000,and the scale-level content validity index(S-CIV)was 0.996.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fitting indexes of the questionnaire’s structural model were good:χ^(2)=2064.441,χ^(2)/df=1.273(p<0.001),GFI=0.822,AGFI=0.801,IFI=0.932,TLI=0.927,CFI=0.932,RMSEA=0.060.The overall Cronbach’s α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.988,and the test-retest reliability was 0.778.The questionnaire on the training needs for maternal and infant specialist nursing has good reliability and validity and is applicable to evaluating the training needs of clinical nursing staff in maternal and infant specialist nursing.
