数字化就诊过程中老年人就医困难调查及解决对策分析

摘　　要：调查老年人在数字化就诊过程中面临哪些困难,老年人希望采取哪些改进措施,探讨解决数字化就诊过程中老年人就医困难的对策。通过文献研究法和访谈法设计调查问卷,2024年对河南省内133名55岁以上的老人进行调查,SPSS 26.0软件对数据进行单因素P检验、方差分析。74.4%的老人在数字化就诊过程中遇到过困难,主要困难是不会使用公众号预约挂号,其次是不会查阅电子报告;老年患者希望增加专门为老年人服务的窗口,在就医过程中安排具备相应的数字化技能志愿者陪护。数字化就诊逐渐普及到各级医院,大多数老人在挂号、缴费、取药等流程中遇到过困难,数字化转型的同时不能忽略老年人的就医体验,解决老年人就医困难刻不容缓。本研究提出以下建议:针对健康老年人做好数字化就诊科普工作;针对老年弱势群体,做好志愿者服务工作,在老年人就医过程中提供陪伴和帮助;医院也要增设适应老龄化改进措施,诸如增设专为老年人服务的窗口,改进医院服务号和公众号的界面等。以上措施用以改善老年人就医过程中遇到的困难,提高老年人就医满意度。To investigate the challenges faced by the elderly in digitalized healthcare processes,explore the improvements they expect,and propose strategies to address healthcare accessibility challenges for the elderly in digitalized healthcare systems..Methods:A questionnaire was designed by literature research method and interview method,and 133 elderly people over 55 years old in Henan Province were investigated in 2024.SPSS 26.0 software conducted single factor P test and variance analysis on the data.Results:74.4%of the elderly encountered difficulties in the process of digital treatment.The main difficulty is that they will not use the public number to make an appointment;Second is the inability to consult electronic reports.Elderly patients want to increase the window dedicated to serving the elderly;Volunteers with appropriate digital skills will be arranged to accompany them during medical treatment.Conclusion:Digital treatment has gradually spread to hospitals at all levels,and most elderly people have encountered difficulties in the process of registration,payment,and taking medicine.While digital transformation,the medical experience of elderly people cannot be ignored,and it is urgent to solve the difficulties of elderly people seeking medical treatment.This study puts forward the following suggestions to do a good job in the popularization of digital medical treatment for healthy elderly people;For the elderly vulnerable groups,do a good job in volunteer service,and provide companionship and help in the process of medical treatment for the elderly;Finally,the hospital should also add measures to improve aging,such as adding a window for serving the elderly,improving the interface of the hospital service number and the public number.The above measures are used to improve the difficulties encountered by the elderly in the process of medical treatment and improve the satisfaction of the elderly in medical treatment.
