摘  要:厚度为2mm和4mm铝合金试板在预拉伸应力作用下进行焊接试验,对焊接中预拉伸力采用测力计进行了测量,对焊后试板挠曲变形量和平面变形量进行了测定,展开了预拉伸应力演变规律的研究,探讨了预拉伸应力对铝合金焊接变形的影响。结果表明:在一个焊接周期中,预拉伸应力呈波浪变化,先减小再变大;试板焊后挠曲变形量和平面变形量随着预拉伸应力的增加而减小,在相同预拉伸应力作用下,4mm厚的铝合金试板控制焊接变形的效果比2mm厚的试板明显得多。The aluminum alloy test plates with thickness of 2mm and 4mm were welded under pre-tension stress,and the pre-tension force in welding was measured by dynamometer,and the flexural deformation and plane deformation of the test plates after welding were measured,and the evolution law of pre-tension stress was studied,and the influence of pre-tension stress on the welding deformation of aluminum alloy was discussed.The results show that in a welding cycle,the pre-tension stress changes in waves,which first decreases and then increases;After welding,the flexural deformation and plane deformation of the test plate decrease with the increase of pre-tension stress.Under the same pre-tension stress,the effect of controlling welding deformation of 4mm thick aluminum alloy test plate is much more than that of 2mm thick test plate.
