摘  要:[目的]提高月季种子萌发率和后代选拔率。[方法]将月季种子打磨种皮后,选择不同浓度的纤维素酶、赤霉素、硝酸钾、萘乙酸及3种混合激素纤维素酶与赤霉素、纤维素酶与硝酸钾、纤维素酶与萘乙酸试剂进行浸泡处理。[结果]经物理磨皮后,纤维素酶与赤霉素混合处理的效果显著高于其他激素处理,可提高月季种子发芽率。[结论]纤维素酶与赤霉素混合处理可在月季生产中推广应用。[Objective]The aim was to improve the germination rate of Rose chinensis seeds and increase the selection probability of offspring.[Method]After the seed coat was sanded,different concentrations of cellulase,gibberellin,potassium nitrate,naphthalene acetic acid and three kinds of mixed hormone cellulase and gibberellin,cellulase and potassium nitrate,cellulase and naphthalene acetic acid reagents were selected for soaking treatment.[Result]The mixed treatment of cellulase and gibberellin was significantly higher than that of other hormone treatments,which improved the germination rate of R.chinensis seeds.[Conclusion]The mixed hormone of cellulase and gibberellin could be popularized and applied in production of R.chinensis.
