摘　　要：[目的]探讨植物生长调节剂不同种类、浓度及处理时间对菲油果嫩枝扦插生根的影响,以提高其繁育效率。[方法]以菲油果实生苗为采穗母树,选取当年生的嫩枝作插条,分别应用ABT生根粉、萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)3种植物生长调节剂不同处理浓度(300、600、900 mg/L)及不同处理时间(10、30、50 min)浸渍插条,比较各处理的扦插生根情况。[结果]600 mg/L ABT生根粉浸渍30 min,菲油果生根效果最佳,其平均根长为12.89 cm,平均根数为6.57条/穗,平均生根率达89%。[结论]该研究为菲油果的生产和繁育技术研究提供了一定的理论依据。[Objective]The aim was to explore the effects of different types,concentrations and treatment time of plant growth regulators on the rooting of tender branches of Acca sellowiana,and to improve its breeding efficiency.[Method]Taking the seedlings of A.sellowiana as the mother tree for harvesting,the base of the annual cuttings was selected,and the cuttings were impregnated with ABT rooting powder,NAA and IBA at different treatment concentrations(300,600,900 mg/L)and different treatment times(10,30,50 min),and the rooting conditions of each treatment were compared.[Result]The results showed that 600 mg/L ABT rooting powder soaked for 30 min had the best rooting effect.The average root length was 12.89 cm,the average root number was 6.57 per panicle,and the average rooting rate was 89%.[Conclusion]The research provided certain theoretical basis for the production and breeding technology of A.sellowiana.
