覆膜结合增施肥对百色市柑橘品质和产量的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探究覆膜结合增施肥对柑橘产量及果实品质的影响,筛选柑橘园较佳的覆膜结合增施肥方式,提升柑橘的产量及品质,为橘园合理覆膜施肥提供参考。[方法]设置覆盖光谱膜+多肽营养液、覆盖黑膜+多肽营养液、不覆盖膜+多肽营养液、覆盖光谱膜农户常规施肥、覆盖黑膜农户常规施肥、不覆膜农户常规施肥(CK)等6个处理,在百色市田阳区坡洪镇新洞村开展为期2年的柑橘大田试验,分析比较不同覆膜结合增施肥方式对柑橘产量和果实品质的影响差异。[结果]与对照相比,覆盖光谱膜+增施多肽营养液处理产量与产值增长最为明显,产量增加4629 kg/hm^(2),增幅为15.49%,产值增加47577元/hm^(2),增幅18.49%,品质较好,市场价格较高,平均价格为9.6元/kg,而对照平均价格为8.6元/kg。覆盖光谱膜+多肽营养液和覆盖黑膜+增施多肽营养液处理均显著增加柑橘产量和产值,提高果实可溶性糖含量,降低可滴定酸含量,以光谱膜+多肽营养液处理效果最为明显。[结论]柑橘园覆膜增施多肽营养液,可改善果实品质,提高整体产量。[Objective]The aim was to explore the effects of film mulching combined with fertilization on yield and fruit quality of cirtus,screen the better film mulching combined with fertilization orchards,improve the yield and quality of citrus,and provide reference for reasonable film mulching fertilization in citrus orchards.[Method]Six treatments were set up,including covering spectral film+polypeptide nutrient solution,covering black film+polypeptide nutrient solution,no covering film+polypeptide nutrient solution,covering spectral film+farmers’conventional fertilization,covering black film+farmers’conventional fertilization,and no covering film+farmers’conventional fertilization(CK).A two-year citrus field experiment was carried out in Xindong village,Pohong town,Tianyang district,Baise city,to analyze and compare the differences in the effects of different mulching combined with fertilization methods on yield and fruit quality of cirtus.[Result]The results showed that compared with the control,the yield and output value of the treatment of covering spectral film+increasing polypeptide nutrient solution were the most obvious,the quality was better,and the market price was higher.The average price was 9.6 yuan/kg,while the average price of the control group was 8.6 yuan/kg.Compared with the control group,the yield of covering spectral film+polypeptide nutrient solution increased by 4629 kg/hm^(2),an increase of 15.49%,and the output value increased by 47577 yuan/hm^(2),an increase of 18.49%.Covering spectral film+polypeptide nutrient solution and covering black film+polypeptide nutrient solution significantly increased yield and output value of cirtus,increased fruit soluble sugar,and reduced titratable acid.The effect of spectral film+polypeptide nutrient solution treatment was the most obvious.[Conclusion]It showed that the application of polypeptide nutrient solution in citrus orchard can improve fruit quality and increase overall yield,which was worthy of promotion.
