摘　　要：企业高质量发展是推进中国经济高质量发展的基础动力,而政府采购是支持企业实现高质量发展的重要途径。文章从盈利、创新和社会责任三个方面对企业高质量发展进行综合考量,进而全面讨论了政府采购对企业高质量发展的内在影响机制。研究结果表明:政府采购与企业高质量发展呈显著正相关性;政府采购通过缓解融资约束、提高预期市场回报、提升数字化转型程度、降低企业寻租等途径有效促进了企业高质量发展。研究结果验证了政府采购对企业高质量发展的激励作用,为我国政府采购制度的优化调整以及企业高质量发展的战略决策提供了政策启示。High-quality development of enterprises serves as the fundamental driving force propelling the high-quality development of China's economy.Government procurement serves as a crucial avenue for supporting enterprises in achieving this high-quality development.This paper systematically evaluates the high-quality development of enterprises from three dimensions:profitability,innovation,and social responsibility.Subsequently,it thoroughly discusses the internal mechanisms through which government procurement influences the high-quality development of enterprises.The findings reveal that there is a significant positive correlation between government procurement and the high-quality development of enterprises;and that government procurement has effectively promoted the high-quality development of enterprises by alleviating financing constraints,enhancing expected market returns,promoting digital transformation,and curbing rent-seeking behaviors.These results validate the incentive effects of government procurement on the high-quality development of enterprises,offering policy insights for the optimization and adjustment of China's government procurement system,as well as strategic decision-making for enterprises aiming for high-quality development.
