摘　　要：目的:研究构建中医专科专病临床科研信息标准体系,为中医专科专病临床科研信息标准编制提供借鉴和参考。方法:依据《标准体系构建原则和要求》中构建标准体系的一般方法,首先明确中医专科专病临床科研信息标准体系的构建目标,开展调查研究,对中医专科专病临床科研信息标准体系进行分析整理,确定标准体系的结构关系,完成中医专科专病临床科研信息标准体系编制。结果:构建了中医专科专病临床科研信息标准体系,编制标准体系结构图、标准明细表和标准统计表,初步统计有130个标准。结论:中医专科专病临床科研信息标准体系的构建,为中医专科专病临床科研信息标准的编制提供科学依据,进一步完善中医药信息标准体系。随着中医专科专病临床科研实践和信息技术的深入发展,标准体系要不断进行维护更新。Objective To study the construction of a clinical research information standard system for special diseases in TCM specialty,so as to provide reference for the construction of clinical research information standards for special diseases of TCM specialty.Methods According to the general method of building a standard system in Principles and Requirements for the Construction of a Standard System,first of all,the objective of building a standard system for clinical research information in TCM specialty was clearly defined,investigations were carried out,the information standard system for clinical research in TCM specialty was analyzed and sorted out,and the structural relationship of the standard system was determined.The compilation of clinical research information standard system for special diseases of TCM was completed.Results The standard system of clinical research information for special diseases was established in TCM specialty,including a standard system structure diagram,a specification table,and a standard statistical table,which contained 130 standards in preliminary statistics.Conclusion The construction of the clinical research information standard system for special diseases of TCM specialty can provide scientific basis for the construction of the clinical research information standards for special diseases in TCM,and can further improve the TCM information standard system.With the in-depth development of clinical research and information technology for special diseases in TCM,the standard system should be constantly updated and maintained.
