基于适配某型国产数据库的医院信息系统改造实践

摘　　要：目的:采用某型国产数据库替代Oracle数据库,对医院全流程业务软件进行适配改造。方法:针对医院信息系统一系列信息技术应用创新方法,围绕软件群的适配改造和运行切换,按照建立测试环境、建立适配差异清单、SQL语句性能调优、适配验证,然后整体切换到国产数据库的步骤,完成医院业务软件适配国产数据库。结果:在可控的工作量范围内完成了医院信息系统软件的适配改造,并在不影响医院连续运营的前题下顺利切换到国产数据库。结论:已建成的医院信息系统整体适配国产数据库无缝切换运行并运行稳定,实践证明国产数据库替代是完全可行的。Objective To adapt the whole-process operational service software of the hospital by adopting a certain domestic database to replace the Oracle database.Methods Based on a series of innovative methods of IT application in hospital information system,and focusing on the adaptation transformation and operation switching of the software group,the adaptation of hospital operational service software to domestic database was completed in accordance with the steps of establishing test environment,establishing an adaptation difference list,SQL statement performance tuning,adaptation verification,and then switching to a domestic database.Results The adaptation of the hospital information system sofeware was completed within the controllable workload range,and it was successfully switched to the domestic database without affecting the continuous operation of the hospital.Conclusion The established hospital information system can adapt to the domestic database as a whole,and the operation is seamless and stable,which has been proved to be completely feasible in practice.
