摘　　要：目的:实现床旁血糖数据自动上传,非内分泌内科管理全院血糖异常患者,并提供有效的治疗方案。方法:上线床旁血糖仪,改造非内分泌内科患者血糖主动管理信息化系统功能及接口,实现内分泌内科主动管理全院血糖异常患者的功能。结果:通过信息化手段实现内分泌科血糖管理团队对非内分泌科患者的主动血糖管理后,护士的工作效率得到显著提升,差错率显著下降,血糖数据的生成时间从原来的10.64 min缩短至1.26 min。同时,患者的血糖达标率由61%提升至65%,低血糖与高血糖事件的发生率均有所降低。结论:系统的构建与应用不仅提高了护士的工作效率,减少了差错,还增强了患者的安全性,降低了并发症、感染及死亡的风险。此外,系统实现了对患者的住院时间和费用的有效控制,提升了临床工作者和患者的满意度。Objective To realize the automatic uploading of bedside blood glucose data,non-endocrine internal medicine department can manage patients with abnormal blood glucose in the whole hospital and provide effective treatment plan.Methods The bedside blood glucose meter was set up,and the function and interface of the information system for active blood glucose management of non-endocrine patients were modified to realize the active management of patients with abnormal blood glucose in the Endocrinology Department.Results After the blood glucose management team of Endocrinology Department implemented the active blood glucose management of nonendocrine patients by means of information technology,the work efficiency of nurses was significantly improved,the error rate was significantly decreased,and the generation time of blood glucose data was shortened from 10.64 min to 1.26 min.At the same time,the blood glucose compliance rate of patients increased from 61%to 65%,and the incidence of both hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia events decreased.Conclusion The construction and application of the system can not only improve the working efficiency of nurses and reduce errors,but can also enhance patient safety,reduce the risks of complications,infection and death.In addition,the system can effectively control the length of hospital stay and cost of patients,and improve the satisfaction of both clinical workers and patients.
