摘 要:回顾电子健康(eHealth)技术在慢性疼痛管理中的应用,重点关注eHealth在疼痛评估、干预、有效性评价、当前的挑战与未来的展望。eHealth技术可通过疼痛日记记录、疼痛可视化测量和生物信号检测等手段,帮助患者更准确地监测和描述疼痛状况;eHealth还可用于远程医疗咨询和提供个性化的疼痛管理计划,提高患者自我管理能力;虚拟现实技术也可用于分散患者注意力和减轻疼痛感知。未来应提高eHealth的可访问性,确保评估的准确性,并实施个性化管理,以期最终改善患者疼痛管理和医疗服务效果。This paper reviews the application of electronic health technology(eHealth)in chronic pain management,with a focus on its role in pain assessment,intervention,effectiveness evaluation,current challenges and future prospects.eHealth technology can help patients more accurately monitor and describe pain conditions through pain diary recording,visual measurement of pain,and biological signal detection.eHealth can also facilitate telemedicine consultations and the provision of personalized pain management plans,to enhance patients'self-management capabilities.Virtual reality technology can also be utilized to distract patients and reduce pain perception.Future improvements should focus on increasing the accessibility of eHealth,ensuring the accuracy of assessments,and implementing personalized management with a view to ultimately improving pain management and healthcare service effectiveness.
