摘　　要：基于对北京市部分医疗机构及区域卫生健康委的基层居民健康档案共享调阅需求调研结果,以及基层居民健康档案建设现状,完成北京地区基层居民健康档案共享调阅方案设计。该方案能够满足面向居民个人健康管理及医疗机构诊疗服务的需求,进一步推动了居民电子健康档案动态使用,可为后续实现区域基层居民健康档案共享提供借鉴。Based on the survey results of the sharing access needs of grassroots residents'health records in some medical institutions and regional health commissions in Beijing,as well as the current situation of the construction of grassroots residents'health records,this paper completes the design of a sharing access scheme for grassroots residents'health records in Beijing,which can meet the needs of residents'individual health management and medical institutions'diagnosis and treatment services,further promote the dynamic use of residents'electronic health records,and provide reference for the subsequent realization of regional grassroots residents'health records sharing.
