摘　　要：当前,全球数字金融快速发展,数字金融机构正在为破解小微企业融资难题提供一种新的思路。使用中国小微企业数据库进行实证研究,发现数字金融能够提高小微企业的贷款可得性,尤其是对老年小微企业主、民营小微企业等群体“雪中送炭”的作用显著,同时通过机制检验发现数字金融有效地改善了交易型信贷技术和关系型信贷技术,提高了这两类信贷技术的效率,从而帮助小微企业提高了贷款可得性。政府和相关部门需要加大数字金融供给,特别是要帮助老年小微企业主、民营小微企业等使用数字融资手段,还要支持金融机构加快数字化转型,使用数字手段改造传统信贷技术,从而提高小微企业贷款可得性。The rapid development of digital finance globally is providing a new approach to addressing the financing difficulties faced by small and micro enterprises.Empirical research using China's small and micro l enterprises database reveals that digital finance can enhance the loan accessibility of these enterprises,particularly benefiting groups such as elderly small business owners and private small enterprises.Additionally,mechanism tests indicate that digital finance effectively improves both transactional and relational credit technology,increasing the efficiency of these two types of credit technology,thereby helping small and micro enterprises improve their loan the availability.The government and relevant departments need to increase the supply of digital finance,especially to assist elderly small business owners and private small enterprises in utilizing digital financing methods.Furthermore,support should be provided for financial institutions to accelerate their digital transformation and to use digital means to reform traditional credit technologies,thus enhancing loan accessibility for small and micro enterprises.
