《圣济总录·眼目门》外用膏剂特色探析

摘　　要：外用膏剂应用历史悠久,广泛应用于内科、外科、妇科、儿科、五官科,《圣济总录·眼目门》中运用甚多。外用膏剂治疗眼目病证时,遵循辨证论治的法则,将目病分为实证与虚证,并根据患者实际情况,将外治法与内服法结合运用。在外用膏剂的使用方法上,既可使用直接作用于眼部的贴敷法、点眼法,又可运用摩顶法进行异位治疗。在遣方用药上,突出黄连治疗目病的外治功效,善用胆汁类药物清热明目,辨证运用盐类药物疗目疾,以期达到最佳疗效。External ointments have a long history of application and are widely used in internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,pediatrics and ophthalmology,and are widely used in Shengji Zonglu·Yanmumen.In the treatment of ophthalmic diseases with external ointments,we follow the principle of discriminatory treatment,classifying ophthalmic diseases into actual and deficient symptoms,and combining external treatment with internal treatment according to the actual situation of patients.In the use of external ointment,we can use the method of direct action on the eye,the method of eye spotting,and the method of mo-top for ectopic treatment.In terms of prescriptions,we highlight the efficacy of Coptidis Rhizoma in treating eye diseases externally,make good use of bile-based drugs to clear heat and brighten the eyes,and use salt-based drugs to treat eye diseases in a discriminatory manner in order to achieve the best therapeutic effect.
