基于脑髓-目系理论探讨青盲的病机证治

摘　　要：基于脑髓-目系理论,对青盲的发病部位、病因病机及与脑髓神机之间的关系进行梳理阐述,进而探讨该病的病机证治。指出目系的构成与脑髓、眼目、脉络经筋密切相关,目系是经络系统的重要组成部分,也是完成视觉功能的基本结构,既可传输气血津液精髓,同时亦依赖气血津液精髓濡养;目系是联络脑髓与眼目的重要通道,人体视觉功能的调控依赖于脑髓神机运转。青盲的基本病机主要是气血津液精髓亏虚,阳气不足,导致目系失养所致,而脑髓-目系神机运转失常则为青盲发病的重要因素。临证应依据辨证结果,阳虚者温阳益气,阴亏者则补肾填精,同时注重疏通督脉,沟通脑髓与目系之间的联系,使督脉统御阳气功能复常,进而促进脑髓-目系神机运转、恢复脑髓神机对外界事物的感知,以达到提高视觉功能之目的。Based on the theroy of brain marrow-eye connector,this article summarizes and explains the onset location,cause,pathogenesis and relationship with the brain-marrow-shenji of blue blindness,and then discusses the pathogenesis,syndrome and treatment of the discase.It points out that the composition of the eye connector is closely related to the brain,eyes and meridians.The eye connector is an important part of the meridian system and is also the basic structure for completing visual function.It can transmit qi,blood,body fluids and essence,and also depends on qi,blood,body fluids and essence for nourishment.The eye connector is an important channel connecting the brain and eyes.The regulation of human visual function depends on the operation of the brain-marrowshenji.The basic pathogenesis of blue blindness is mainly due to deficiency of qi,blood,body fluids,essence and marrow,insufficient yang qi,leading to malnutrition of the eye connector,and abnormal operation of the brain-marrow-shenji and eye connector is an important factor in the onset of blue blindnes.Clinical treatment should be based on the results of syndrome differentiation.For patients with yang deficiency,warming yang and replenishing qi should be used,and for patients with yin deficiency,the kidney and essence should be replenished.At the same time,attention should be paid to unblocking the governor vessel,connecting the brain and the eye connector,so that the governor vessel can control the yang qi and restore its normal function,thereby promoting the operation of the brain and eye connector and restoring the brain’s perception of external things,so as to achieve the purpose of improving visual function.
