先秦至明清中医古籍中儿童情志病病因病机特点探析

摘　　要：儿童情志病的中医理论散落在中医古籍当中。通过总结相关文献,发现不同年龄段情志病的病因病机特点明显且独特。胎儿期和新生儿期强调未病先防,关注父母的身心健康情况,以减少先天因素的影响。婴幼儿期着重于脏腑气血未充这一致病内因。学龄前期及学龄期突出以痰为代表的主要病理产物的因果二重性及病性从正虚为主向虚实夹杂转化的趋势。青春期与成人情志病特征更为相似。结合中西医研究进展,总结、思考、审视对儿童情志病病因病机的认识,以期促进儿童情志病理论的发展。The theoretical basis of childhood emotional diseases within the scope of traditional Chinese medicine is scattered in ancient Chinese medical texts.Through a summary of relevant literature,it is found that the etiology and pathogenesis characteristics of emotional diseases in different age groups are significant and unique.During the fetal and neonatal period,it emphasizes prevention before illness,focusing on the physical and mental health of parents to reduce the impact of congenital factors.In infancy,the focus is on the deficiency of viscera,qi,and blood,which is the internal cause of the disease.In the pre-school and school-age periods,the dual causality of the pathological products represented by phlegm,and the trend of transformation from pathological conditions dominated by deficiency to a combination of deficiency and excess are highlighted.In adolescence,the characteristics of emotional diseases are more similar to those in adults.Combining the progress of research in traditional Chinese and Western medicine,summarizing,thinking,and reviewing the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of childhood emotional diseases,with the hope of promoting the development of the theory of childhood emotional diseases.
