摘　　要：阳虚型高血压病基本病机为机体脏腑阳气衰弱,经脉失养。阳虚型是原发性高血压的重要类型,具体包括阳虚血瘀、阳虚寒凝、阳虚水停等,因此以温阳通脉法治疗阳虚型高血压病具有临床实践性。针对阳虚型高血压病,其作用机制涉及温阳活血、散寒止痉、温化水饮等方面。因此,归纳温阳通脉法治疗阳虚型高血压病的中医防治原则,探讨新的辨证思路和治疗方法,有助于为进一步提高临床疗效提供理论依据。The basic pathogenesis of yang deficiency hypertension is the weakening of yang qi in the body’s internal organs and the loss of meridians.It is an important type of primary hypertension,including yang deficiency and blood stasis,yang deficiency cold condensation,yang deficiency water stagnation,etc.,so it is clinically practical to treat yang deficiency hypertension with the warm yang pulse method.For yang deficiency hypertension,its mechanism of action involves warming yang and invigorating blood,dissipating cold and relieving spasms,and warming water and drinking.Therefore,this paper summarizes the traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment principles of warm yang and dredge meridians method in the treatment of yang deficiency hypertension,and discusses new syndrome differentiation ideas and treatment methods,which will help to provide a theoretical basis for further improving the clinical efficacy.
