摘　　要：国医大师黄瑾明教授认为谷道病的产生是人体正气虚弱,毒浊侵犯而引起谷道受阻,使天、地、人三气不能同步而导致人体气血平衡失调所致。基本病机为谷道气虚,毒浊阻滞谷道,气机失调。根据其部位分为上谷道病、中谷道病和下谷道病,三者相互联系、相互影响,谷道病常虚实夹杂,寒热相兼,应辨其主次。治疗上强调化浊解毒、调气补虚、理气导滞,研制出系列经验效方,为谷道病的治疗提供了新的思路。Professor HUANG Jinming,TCM master,suggestes that Gudao disease occurs when the flow of qi and blood in the Gu pathways is disrupted or blocked due to the deficiency of healthy qi,coupled with the invasion of toxic turbidity,resulting in the desynchronization of the heaven,earth and human,and eventually the disharmony between qi and blood within the body.The basic pathogenesis indicates that qi deficiency in the Gu pathways causes the blockage of toxic turbidity there and subsequently disordered qi activity.It can be categorized into three different types:upper Gudao,middle Gudao,and lower Gudao disease depending on the location,which are interrelated and affect each other.The disease typically manifests as combined deficiency and excess as well as combined cold and heat,and differentiating what is primary from what is secondary matters.In traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Gudao disease focuses on transforming turbidity,removing toxins,regulating qi,reinforcing deficiency,and resolving stagnation with a range of self-developed formulas that have been proven effective,casting a new light on the treatment of Gudao disease.
