多囊卵巢综合征中医辨证存在问题与对策

摘　　要：通过对《中医妇科常见病诊疗指南》《多囊卵巢综合征中西医结合诊断分型规范专家共识(草案)》《中西医结合妇产科学》《中医妇科学》《实用中医妇科学》《中医妇产科学》等权威文献,以及近10年来学术界对多囊卵巢综合征中医辨证情况的比较分析,发现在权威文献之间、学术界之间、权威文献与学术界之间多囊卵巢综合征的中医辨证差异性较大,存在辨证标准多样、同证异名及症状交叠等问题。文章基于存在问题进行分析,并提出本病中医辨证规范的思路与方法。Through the comparison and analysis of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Diseases in Traditional Chinese Gynecology,the Expert Consensus on the Standardization of Diagnosis and Classification of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine(Draft),Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecology,Traditional Chinese Gynecology,Practical Traditional Chinese Gynecology,Traditional Chinese Gynecology and Obstetrics,and the academic community’s comparison and analysis of the syndrome differentiation of polycystic ovary syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine in the past decade,it is found that there are significant differences in traditional Chinese medicine differentiation of polycystic ovary syndrome between academic circles,authoritative literature,and academic circles,with various differentiation standards,synonyms of the same syndrome,and overlapping symptoms.This article analyzes the existing problems and proposes ideas and methods for standardizing traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of this disease.
