摘  要:肉桂醛是一种从肉桂等中药中分离出来的具有生物活性的植物化学物质,被认为具有广泛的医疗作用。文章在前期研究工作的基础上总结了近几年肉桂醛在神经损伤、骨骼损伤、抗癌、抑菌等方面的研究进展,并发现肉桂醛可通过作用于多种信号通路发挥这些作用。文章还针对亟需解决的问题提出了建议,以期为肉桂醛的临床安全使用和新药研发提供参考。Cinnamaldehyde is a bioactive phytochemical isolated from traditional Chinese medicine such as Cinnamomi Cortex,which is considered to have extensive medical effects.Based on previous research work,this article summarizes the research progress of cinnamaldehyde in recent years in the fields of nerve damage,bone damage,anticancer,antibacterial,and so on,and finds that cinnamaldehyde can exert these effects by acting on various signal pathways.This article also puts forward suggestions for the urgent problems to be solved,with a view to providing reference for the clinical safe use of cinnamaldehyde and the development of new drugs.
