摘　　要：目的:评估中医五态人格量表项目库的心理测量学属性,简化中医五态人格测试量表并评价其科学性。方法:用横断面设计,选取2023年2—7月在广州3所三级甲等医院的670名体检被试为研究对象;采用项目反应理论(IRT)对题库条目进行评价,并运用计算机自适应测试(CAT)构建及验证中医五态人格测试简版量表。结果:最终形成15条目的简版量表,与原量表比较,条目数减少65.9%(29/44),各维度能力值得分呈高度相关(r=0.83~0.94);简版量表的所有条目在不同性别亚组中均不存在项目功能差异(△%B1<5%)。结论:中医五态人格量表符合CAT测试要求,基于CAT技术形成15个条目的简版量表能够高效、准确地估计被试的人格特征,可用于我国本土化人格测试推广与应用。Objective:To evaluate the psychometric properties of item bank in five-pattern personality test,simplify it,and validate the short form of the test.Methods:Cross-sectional study was conducted in three medical examination centers of three 3a hospital in Guangzhou from February 2023 to July 2023 and 670 participants were enrolled.Item response theory(IRT)method was employed to evaluate the item bank,which was used to perform computerized adaptive testing(CAT)simulation to select items for the development and validation of short-form scale.Results:The short-form scale was developed and included 15 items,which shorten 65.9%(29/44).Correlations between the short form and the full item bank was high(r=0.83~0.94),the short form had no DIF on different gender subgroups(△%B1<5%).Conclusion:The item bank in traditional Chinese medicine five-pattern personality test satisfy the requirement of CAT simulation.The short form of the scale based on CAT simulation can be conducted to estimate personality characteristics in efficient and accuracy way.It should be applicated and promoted in personality testing with localization character in China.
