陈士铎《辨证录》“引法”探析

摘　　要：临证中,为使药物直达病所,往往使用引经药,此法可称之为“引法”。然在《辨证录》中,陈士铎认为药物或方剂所起的引导作用均可称为“引法”,除可引导药物外,还对气血、邪气以及阴阳等有引导作用,并且提出了诸多可以用于指导临床的引经药,这些方法及药物别具一格,对其进行总结和整理具有重要的临床意义。文章将结合具体的中药及方剂,对《辨证录》中“引法”的应用方法及其注意事项进行梳理。In clinical practice,in order to guide drugs to the disease place,guiding drugs are often used,which can be called the‘guiding method’.However,in the Dialectical Records,CHEN Shiduo believed that the guiding effect of drugs or formulas can be referred to as‘guiding method’.In addition to guiding drugs,they also have guiding effects on qi and blood,evil energy,and yin and yang,etc..He also proposed many guiding drugs that can be used to guide clinical practice.These methods and drugs are unique,therefore,summarizing and organizing them has important clinical significance.This article will combine specific traditional Chinese medicine and formulas to sort out the application methods and precautions of‘guiding method’in Dialectical Records.
