摘  要:为了完善车辆-轨道耦合动力学研究的试验手段,对1∶4缩尺轨道系统和二系悬挂缩尺车辆系统开展设计,研制了缩尺车辆-轨道试验平台,并在缩尺车辆-轨道系统动力学计算的基础上,进行了车辆-轨道试验平台实车运行试验。结果表明:缩尺车辆-轨道系统的横向平稳性指标、垂向平稳性指标、脱轨系数、轮重减载率及整车倾覆系数最大值分别为1.671、1.628、0.549、0.544、0.368,均满足相关标准;实车运行状态良好,轨道及车辆零部件没有出现损坏,相关性能指标均满足规范要求。设计的试验平台为进一步开展车辆-轨道系统的探索性试验提供了重要手段。In order to improve the experimental methods for the study of vehicle-track coupling dynamics,a 1∶4 scaled track system and a secondary suspension scaled vehicle system were designed,and a scaled vehicle-track test platform was developed.Based on the dynamic calculations of the scaled vehicle-track system,the real vehicle operation tests were conducted on the vehicle-rack test platform.The results show that the maximum for lateral stability,vertical stability,derailment coefficient,wheel load reduction rate,and vehicle overturning coefficient of the scaled vehicletrack system are 1.671,1.628,0.549,0.544 and 0.368,respectively,all of which meet the relevant standards.The actual vehicle is in good operating condition,with no damage to the track or vehicle components,and all relevant performance indicators could meet the regulatory requirements.The experimental platform designed in this paper could provide an important means for further exploratory testing of vehicle-track systems.
