摘 要:为提高扣件系统的抗钢轨倾翻性能,保证线路运营安全,针对WJ-8型扣件的抗钢轨倾翻性能进行了理论分析与现场试验。采用无限长弹性地基梁模型进行计算,得到不同横向荷载下钢轨扭转产生的轨头横向位移。将特制横向加载架安装在钢轨上,通过液压千斤顶进行横向加载,试验过程中测量横向荷载以及钢轨节点横向位移。当钢轨倾翻导致轨头横向位移24 mm时,弹条扣压端会与钢轨脱离,以此状态为扣件抗倾翻临界状态,分析扣件抗倾翻性能。结果表明:无限长地基梁模型计算结果与现场试验数据较为贴合,模型可靠;无垂向荷载作用时,WJ-8B型扣件在标准组装状态下可承受300 kN横向力。In order to improve the anti rail overturning performance of the fastening system and ensure the safety of line operation,the theoretical analysis and field tests were conducted on the anti rail overturning performance of WJ-8 type fasteners.Using an infinitely long elastic foundation beam model for calculation,the lateral displacement of the rail head caused by rail torsion under different lateral loads was obtained.A specially designed lateral loading frame was installed on the steel rail,and a hydraulic jack was used to perform lateral loading.During the test,the lateral load and lateral displacement of the steel rail nodes were measured.After analysis,it was found that when the rail tipping causes the rail head to move laterally by 24 mm,the spring clip end will disengages from the rail.This state is considered as the critical state for the anti tipping performance of the fastener.The results show thatthe calculation results of the infinite foundation beam model are in good agreement with the field test data,and the model is reliable.When there is no vertical load,the WJ-8B fastener can withstand a lateral force of 300 kN in the standard assembly state.
