摘  要:为了克服现有钢轨探伤车对车下转向架轴距和安装空间要求高、车下操作空间小、人工换探轮困难、探轮破损多等局限性,本文研制了钢轨探伤车用高速高集成探轮。提出将既有探伤车单轨三个探轮里的超声探头布置到两个探轮里面,提高探轮的集成度;进行了探轮内超声探头的布置,针对轮内超声探头覆盖性和串扰进行了仿真和防串扰设计,并对探轮进行了静态和动态测试。结果表明:该高速高集成探轮能很好地避免轮内串扰,轮内各探头对于针对的人工伤损具有比较好的信噪比;在实验室转台上,80 km/h检测速度下,对钢轨轨头、轨腰、轨底人工伤损都有很好的检出性能。In order to overcome the limitations of existing rail flaw detection vehicles,such as high requirements for the frame wheelbase and installation space of the bogie under the vehicle,small operating space under the vehicle,difficulty in manually replacing the wheel detector,and frequent damage to the wheel detector,this paper developed a high speed and highly integrated wheel detector for rail flaw detection vehicles.It proposed to arrange the ultrasonic probes from the three wheel detectors of the existing single track flaw detection vehicle into two wheel detectors to improve the integration of the wheel detectors.The arrangement of ultrasonic probes inside the wheel detector was carried out,and the coverage and crosstalk of the ultrasonic probes inside the wheel detector were simulated and designed for preventing crosstalk.Static and dynamic tests were also conducted on the wheel detector.The results indicate that,the high speed and highly integrated wheel detector can effectively avoid intra wheel crosstalk,and each probe inside the wheel has a relatively good signal-to-noise ratio for targeted artificial injuries.On the laboratory turntable,at a detection speed of 80 km/h,it has good detection performance for manual damage to the rail head,rail waist and rail bottom.
