摘 要:CRTS Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道施工过程中,扣压装置的工作性能将直接影响轨道板精调效果,进而影响线路的平顺性。针对既有扣压装置安装不便、工作性能不稳定等显著问题,本文提出一种高可靠性、高施工性、高适应性的新型扣压装置,通过建立有限元分析模型,并进行现场灌注试验验证模型准确性,对新型扣压装置开展优化研究。结果表明:新型扣压装置防上浮效果优于传统限位装置,建议在底座上采用双排螺栓连接方式安装新型扣压装置;建议新型扣压装置压板宽度取100~120 mm,厚度取45 mm;增大新型扣压装置压板表面粗糙度可有效提高其工作性能;每块轨道板使用4对新型扣压装置,建议将第一位扣压装置布置于距离板端600 mm处,第二位扣压装置布置于距离第一位扣压装置1 500 mm处。During the construction of CRTSⅢslab track,the efficecy of the clamping device significantly influences the meticulous alignment of track slabs,directly impacting the overall smoothness of the railway.In response to notable challenges surrounding inconvenient installation procedures and inconsistent operational performance associated with current clamping devices,this paper introduces an innovative clamping device distinguished by its elevated reliability,streamlined installation process,and adaptability.This study adopts a comprehensive approach by establishing a finite element analysis model and conducting field-based self-compacting concrete perfusion experiments to validate the proposed clamping device.The research findings highlight the superior anti-uplift capabilities of the novel mechanism compared to existing clamping device.Optimal installation recommendations include employing a double-row bolt connection method on the base plate for the innovative clamping device.The suggested specifications for the clamping device’s pressing plate encompass a width ranging between 100~120 mm and a thickness of 45 mm.Enhancing the surface roughness of the pressing plate demonstrates a notable improvement in the clamping device’s operational efficiency.The paper advocates the use of four pairs of the innovative clamping device for each track slab,with the first pair positioned 600 mm from the slab edge and the second pair placed 1500 mm from the initial installation point.
