摘 要:为了使建立的梁拱组合桥初始有限元模型更好地满足实际工程需要,对模型进行修正。选取桥梁结构主要材料参数作为模型待修正变量,以静载和动载试验的误差构建目标函数作为试验设计的响应。通过Plackett-Burman试验设计筛选出影响最显著参数,通过Box-Behnken试验设计建立二阶响应面模型,确定响应的取值范围后再使用满意度函数法优化多重模型响应。以满意度函数取得最大值时各材料参数值作为修正后的参数取值,代入初始模型中,完成对模型的修正。将修正后的有限元模型进行瞬态分析得到的响应曲线与现场动载试验的跑车动挠度曲线进行对比,结果表明修正后的模型计算曲线与现场实测曲线吻合程度较好,比初始有限元模型误差有所减少,验证了模型修正方法的有效性,可利用该修正后模型作为基准有限元模型进行后续的桥梁健康监测、损伤识别等研究。To ensure that the initial finite element model of the beam arch composite bridge better meets the actual engineering requirements,it is necessary to update the model.The primary material parameters of the bridge structure were selected as variables for the model updating process.The objective function was constructed based on the errors from static and dynamic load tests,serving as the response for experimental design.The Plackett-Burman design was used to screen out the parameters having the most significant effects on the objective functions,while the Box-Behnken design was used to establish a quadratic polynomial response surface model.The desirability function method was applied on the optimization of multiple responses after determining the value range of the response.The material parameter values when the satisfaction function met the maximum value were taken as the updated parameter values and substituted into the initial model to complete its correction.The response curve obtained through transient analysis of the updated finite element model was compared with the dynamic deflection curve of the sports truck in the field dynamic load test.The results show that the calculated curve of the updated model fits well with the measured curve on site,and the error is reduced compared to the initial model.This demonstrated the significance of the model updating method,and the updated model can be used as a benchmark finite element model for subsequent research on bridge health monitoring,damage identification,etc.
