摘 要:针对TBM(Tunnel Boring Machine)自动喷射混凝土技术在施工中遇到的钢拱架位置检测困难、钢拱架区域自动喷混作业质量不良等问题,设计了一种基于声波探测的钢拱架位置数据检测技术。在喷混连接桥挡尘板周边布置多个声波探测传感器,从不同角度分段采集钢拱架的位置信息,利用肖维勒准则剔除异常数据,并根据钢拱架节特征曲线模型补正缺失的钢拱架数据,再利用得到数据进行钢拱架区域自动喷混作业轨迹规划,最后让自动喷混机械手按照轨迹完成混凝土喷射作业。经工程应用表明,该技术操作简单、节省成本,不仅能够保证钢拱架的检测精度和准确率,获取完整可靠的钢拱架位置数据,还能有效提高钢拱架区域自动喷混作业的质量和效率。A steel arch position data detection technology based on acoustic wave detection has been designed to address the difficulties encountered in detecting the position of steel arches and the poor quality of auto-shotcrete operations in the steel arch area during TBM(Tunnel Boring Machine)auto-shotcrete technology construction.Multiple acoustic wave detection sensors are arranged around the dust blocking plate of the shotcrete connection bridge,and the position information of the steel arch frame are collected in sections from different angles.William Chauvenet’s criterion is used to remove abnormal data,and the missing steel arch frame data is corrected based on the characteristic curve model of the steel arch frame joint.The obtained data is then used for auto-shotcrete operation trajectory planning in the steel arch frame area,and finally the auto-shotcrete manipulator completes the shotcrete operation according to the trajectory.Engineering practice has shown that this technology is simple to operate,cost-effective,and can not only ensure the accuracy and precision of steel arch detection,obtain complete and reliable steel arch position data,but also effectively improve the quality and efficiency of auto-shotcrete operations in the steel arch area.
