受压过程对长龄期自密实棱柱体混凝土抗压强度影响研究

摘　　要：采用155 mm×155 mm×305 mm的棱柱体试件,将其在标准养护室中放入,就受压过程对长龄期自密实棱柱体混凝土的抗压强度影响进行了研究。结果表明:在保持水泥、砂率、膨润土、黏土用量以及水胶比等核心参数恒定不变的基础上,可以确定的是,随着龄期的逐步增加,随着龄期的逐步推进,自密实混凝土的轴心抗压强度或其所能承受的最大应力体现出显著的下降趋势。这一变化趋势与普通混凝土的情况较为相似,其随龄期增长,抗压强度递增,至1年龄期,无粉煤灰混凝土的抗压强度趋于稳定。在龄期逐渐增加以及粉煤灰掺量不断增大的情况下,掺入粉煤灰的混凝土抗压强度呈现出稳步增长的态势。受到龄期的延长的影响,自密实混凝土强度增长系数随之增加,从28 d时的1.00增加到7年时的1.62。自密实混凝土抗压强度与龄期自然对数的关系被证明为正比,且这种正比关系的相关性极强。Uses 155 mm×155 mm×305 mm prismatic specimens and places them in a standard curing chamber to study the influence of compression process on the compressive strength of long-term self compacting prismatic concrete.The results show that while keeping the cement dosage,sand ratio,bentonite dosage,clay dosage,water cement ratio and other factors constant,the axial compressive strength or peak stress of self compacting concrete decreases significantly with age,similar to that of ordinary concrete.As the age increases,the compressive strength of self compacting concrete also increases.When the compressive strength growth cycle of concrete without fly ash reaches the age of 1,it basically stabilizes.As the age and fly ash content increase,the compressive strength of concrete mixed with fly ash also increases.As the age increases,the strength growth coefficient of self compacting concrete increases,from 1.00 at 28 days to 1.62 at 7 years.The compressive strength of self compacting concrete is directly proportional to the natural logarithm of age and highly correlated.
