低电阻率、高耐久性碳纤维导电混凝土性能研究

摘  要:选取碳纤维作为导电相制备导电混凝土,研究碳纤维长度,掺量等对导电混凝土的导电性能及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,增加纤维长度及掺量有利于导电性能的提升,但对力学性能及耐久性能有不利影响。因此,研究了矿渣,粉煤灰微珠对碳纤维导电混凝土的耐久性能的影响。研究结果表明:选取纤维长度12 mm,纤维体积掺量0.77%,粉煤灰微珠20%替代水泥后混凝土抗压强度达到C45强度等级,电阻率为155Ω·m,饱水孔隙率约为11%,氯离子渗透等级达到“低”等级,表现出低电阻率、高耐久性特征。The carbon fiber(CF)was used as the conductive filler to prepare electrically conductive concrete(ECC),and the effects of carbon fiber length and content on the conductivity and mechanical properties of ECC were investigated.The results show that increase the length and content of CF are beneficial to the improvement of electrical conductivity,but have disadvantage on mechanical properties and durability.Hence,the influence of different content of GGBS and FAM on the conductivity and durability of ECC were investigated.It is found that when fiber length is 12 mm,fiber volume content is 0.77%,and the content of FAM is 20%,the compressive strength of ECC reaches C45 strength level,the resistivity is 155Ω·m,the saturated porosity is about 11%,and the chloride ion permeability level reaches“low”level,showing the characteristics of low resistivity and high durability.
