摘 要:为研究后加水对预拌自密实混凝土抗压强度的影响,以后加水量为自变量,分析了预拌自密实混凝土的抗压强度变化情况。选择水泥、II级粉煤灰、S95级别矿渣粉、混合砂、碎石、聚羧酸高性能减水剂和水作为原材料,通过设计不同的配合比,采用人为加水的方式,检测后加水量对预拌自密实混凝土试块14 d抗压强度和28 d抗压强度的影响。结果表明:随着后加水量的增加,混凝土的抗压强度逐渐下降;提高混凝土的强度等级之后,抗压强度受到后加水量的影响更为显著。在实际工程中,必须禁止后加水情况的出现,以保证混凝土的质量和施工安全。To study the effect of post water addition on the compressive strength of premixed self compacting concrete,the amount of post water addition was used as the independent variable to analyze the changes in compressive strength of pre mixed self compacting concrete.Cement,Grade II fly ash,S95 slag powder,mixed sand,crushed stone,polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent,and water were selected as raw materials.By designing different mix proportions and manually adding water,the effect of water addition on the 14 day compressive strength and 28 day compressive strength of pre mixed self compacting concrete specimens was tested.The results show that as the amount of water added increases,the compressive strength of the concrete specimen gradually decreases.After increasing the strength grade of concrete,the compressive strength of the test block is more significantly affected by the amount of water added afterwards.In practical engineering,it is necessary to prohibit the occurrence of post watering to ensure the quality and construction safety of concrete.
