摘 要:为研究材料配合比对磷石膏基水泥胶凝材料3D打印性能的影响,制备了不同磷石膏、水泥、生石灰掺量的水泥砂浆,通过室内凝结时间测试、抗折试验、抗压试验、跳桌试验、挤出试验、建造性能试验、一次性打印长度试验等,研究了材料配合比对磷石膏基水泥胶凝材料力学性能及3D打印性能的影响。结果表明:(1)生石灰掺量对试件早期抗折强度影响最显著,随着养护龄期的增长,生石灰、水泥掺量对试件抗折强度产生显著影响;(2)磷石膏、水泥、生石灰对试件早期抗压强度影响差别不大,随着养护龄期的增长,磷石膏、水泥掺量分别对试件抗压强度产生显著影响;(3)磷石膏掺量对初、终凝时间影响最显著,水泥掺量对流动度、挤出率影响最显著,磷石膏掺量对建造率影响最显著,水泥掺量对一次性打印长度影响最显著,其次依次为生石灰、磷石膏。In order to research the effect of material matching ratio on the 3D printing performance of phosphogypsum based cementitious material,cement mortar with different content of phosphogypsum,cement and quicklime was prepared.The effects of material matching ratio on mechanical properties and 3D printing properties of phosphogypsum based cement were studied,through indoor test of setting time,flexural,compressive,jumping table,extrusion,construction performance and one-time printing length,etc.The results show that:(1)The influence of lime content on the early flexural strength of specimens is the most significant,and the influence of lime and cement content on the flexural strength of specimens is significant with the increase of curing age.(2)The effects of phosphogypsum,cement and quicklime on the early compressive strength of specimens were not significant.With the increase of curing age,the content of phosphogypsum and cement had significant effects on the compressive strength of specimens.(3)Phosphogypsum content has the most significant effect on initial and final setting time,cement content has the most significant effect on fluidity and extrusion rate,phosphogypsum content has the most significant effect on construction rate,cement content has the most significant effect on one-time printing length,followed by quicklime and phosphogypsum.
