摘 要:对一般的钢筋混凝土梁的钢筋笼,加设斜腹筋,使形成三角形网格的钢筋桁架结构,用来承担施工荷载,实现免支模施工,以减少用工人数、提高生产效率、减少工程能耗、节约建设成本。基于规范中梁的钢筋构造要求,设计了适宜加工的梁桁架钢筋笼;通过数值模拟开展了桁架选型优化;通过工地实地制作,取得了将普通绑扎钢筋笼改造为桁架结构的可行工艺;通过现场堆载试验,测试了钢筋桁架的基本承载能力;通过桁架钢筋笼浇筑成梁后进行试验室加载试验,验证了采用新工艺施工对梁后期承载性能无不利影响。对一般的钢筋混凝土结构施工,本方法无需改变设计,施工单位只在原施工图设计配筋的基础上,作为施工措施加入斜腹筋,制成刚性钢筋笼,在其上封挂模板后,吊装就位,浇筑混凝土,用工少、吊件轻、免支模、质量可靠、生产效率提高、成本显著降低。For the steel cage of the general reinforced concrete beam,the diagonal web reinforcements are added to form the steel truss structure of the triangular grid,which is used to bear the construction load and realize the construction without supporting mold,so as to reduce the number of workers,improve production efficiency,reduce project energy consumption and save the construction cost.Based on the requirement of beam structure,a truss reinforcement cage of beam suitable for machining is designed.The selection of truss was optimized by numerical simulation.The convenient technology of transforming the common binding steel cage into truss structure was obtained by making it on site.The basic bearing capacity of the steel-bars truss was tested by in-situ loading test.Through the laboratory loading test after the truss reinforcement cage was cast,it was verified that the new construction technology had no adverse effect on the later bearing capacity of the beam.For the general construction of reinforced concrete structure,this method does not need to change the design,the construction unit only on the basis of the original construction drawing design reinforcement,as a construction measure to join the diagonal web reinforcements,forming a rigid steel cage,in its sealing and hanging template,hoisting in place,pouring concrete,less labor,light lifting,no support form,reliable quality,production efficiency,significantly reduce the cost.
