水泥基防水涂膜对外墙饰面砖粘结强度的影响分析

摘　　要：建筑外墙饰面砖随时间推移,气候变化、湿度波动和风压等因素共同作用,导致质量安全问题逐渐显现,并常有脱落伤人事故发生。以珠海某小区外墙饰面砖剥落为案例,系统分析了影响外墙饰面砖粘结强度的关键因素,包括材料、施工质量、外墙层间粘结强度、外墙构造设计、自重和风荷载等。结果表明,聚合物水泥基防水涂膜与后续施工的聚合物水泥砂浆饰面砖之间粘结力不足是瓷片脱落的主要原因。基于此结论,我们提出了外墙饰面砖粘结强度与防水层的质量控制建议,旨在为既有建筑的外墙修缮及新建建筑的外墙的防水粘结设计提供参考,确保建筑外墙的安全和耐久。With the passage of time,climate change,humidity fluctuation and wind pressure and other factors work together,the quality and safety problems caused by the building exterior wall decoration tile gradually appeared,and often fall off injury accidents occur.Taking the peeling of exterior wall decoration tile in a residential area of Zhuhai as an example,the key factors affecting the bond strength of exterior wall decoration tiles were systematically analyzed,including materials,construction quality,interlayer bond strength,exterior wall structural design,dead weight and wind load.The results show that the lack of bonding force between the polymer cement based waterproof coating and the polymer cement mortar decoration tile is the main reason for the ceramic chip falling off.Based on this conclusion,we put forward some suggestions on the quality control of the bond strength and waterproof layer of exterior wall decoration tile,aiming to provide reference for the exterior wall repair of existing buildings and the waterproof bond design of the exterior wall of new buildings,so as to ensure the safety and durability of the exterior wall of buildings.
