摘 要:活性粉末混凝土自身具有超高的强度和耐久性,在多个工程领域得到了广泛应用。本次研究通过单因素变量法,水泥按70~120份、镀铜纤维0~120kg、硅灰20~70kg、减水剂6~10kg的掺量分别试验出不同掺量对产品抗折抗压及扩展度的影响,最终得出抗压强度达121.5MPa、抗折强度达14.3MPa满足标准要求的配合比。通过该材料配合比的研究旨在进一步促进西北地区建材行业提质增效、高质量发展。Reactive powder concrete(RPC)has extremely high strength and durability,and has been widely used in many engineering fields.In this study,the effects of different dosages of cement(70~120 parts),copper-coated fibers(0~120 kg),silica fume(20~70 kg),and superplasticizer(6~10 kg)on the product's flexural and compressive strength and slump were tested using a single factor variable method.The final result is a mixture ratio that meets the standard requirements,with a compressive strength of 121.5 MPa and a flexural strength of 14.3 MPa.The purpose of this study on the material mixture ratio is to further promote the quality and efficiency improvement and high-quality development of the building materials industry in Northwest China.
