摘　　要：以某挡浪墙现浇清水混凝土结构为例,采用室内性能试验和现场模型试验等方法,通过对原材料优选、配合比设计及优化、施工工艺研究及总结,形成的配制及应用技术在现场得到应用。结果表明:配制的清水混凝土工作性能良好,强度及耐久性满足C45清水混凝土设计要求,抗渗等级大于P10;现场施工清水混凝土呈现表面平整、色泽均匀、棱角分明等特点,符合清水混凝土的外观质量要求。Taking the cast-in-place fair-faced concrete structure of a certain wave wall as an example,indoor performance tests and on-site model tests were used.Through the selection of raw materials,mix design and optimization,construction process research and summary,the preparation and application technology formed was applied on site.The results show that the prepared fair-faced concrete has good workability,meets the design requirements of C45 fair-faced concrete in terms of strength and durability,and has an impermeability grade greater than P10;On site construction of fair-faced concrete presents characteristics such as smooth surface,uniform color,and distinct edges,which meet the appearance quality requirements of fair-faced concrete.
