摘  要:钢筋混凝土建筑物因耐久性问题引发的构件开裂、钢筋锈蚀,甚至结构失效。汕头地处粤东沿海,此问题较为严重。笔者经过十多年的实地踏勘调查和检测取样,分析质量问题的原因,进行剩余寿命评估和加固改造,编制了汕头市地方标准《既有建筑混凝土结构耐久性评估技术规范》。本文主要介绍环境调查的情况和耐久性评估中表面氯离子浓度、混凝土有效扩散系数、氯离子临界浓度等参数的取值问题。The cracking of components,corrosion of steel bars,and even structural failure are caused by durability issues in reinforced concrete buildings.Shantou is located along the eastern coast of Guangdong,and this problem is quite serious.After more than ten years of investigation,testing and sampling,the author analyzed the causes of quality issues,residual life assessment and reinforcement and renovation work were carried out,and the local standard‘Technical Code for Durability Evaluation of Existing Concrete Structures’was compiled in Shantou City.This article mainly introduces the situation of environmental investigation and the selection of parameters such as surface chloride ion concentration,effective diffusion coefficient of concrete,and critical chloride ion concentration in durability assessment.
