摘 要:为了提升既有多层住宅建筑的能源利用效率,本文通过介绍建筑实例及分项节能改造技术方案,包括外墙、屋顶、外窗及细部节点构造的改造措施,详细分析了各环节的节能潜力与实现路径。基于建筑能耗稳态计算与节能效果分析,本文提出了综合节能改造策略。研究结果表明,通过实施科学合理的分项节能改造,既有多层住宅建筑的能耗显著降低,能源利用效率明显提升,为实现绿色建筑与可持续发展目标提供了有力支持。In order to improve the energy utilization efficiency of existing multi storey residential buildings,this article introduces building examples and sub-energy saving renovation technology solutions,including renovation measures for exterior walls,roofs,windows,and detailed node structures,and analyzes in detail the energy-saving potential and implementation paths of each link.Based on steady-state calculation of building energy consumption and analysis of energy-saving effects,this article proposes a comprehensive energy-saving renovation strategy.The research results indicate that by implementing scientifically reasonable sub-energy saving renovations,the energy consumption of existing multi storey residential buildings has been significantly reduced,and the energy utilization efficiency has been significantly improved,providing strong support for achieving green building and sustainable development goals.
